We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Venmo. If there are any issues with our payment options, to coordinate all the details of the payment, contact us via private message and we will solve it together.

SHIPPING

Please make sure your address is correct during the checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and based on the average time most orders took to arrive. Sometimes it can take a little longer and your patience is greatly appreciated. If your package does not arrive within 7 business days from the date of mailing, let me know . 

 

Unfortunately, I can not guarantee delivery by a certain date, it depends on the speed work and shipping.  If item is ready to ship I will send it within 3-5 working days after payment confirmation. If item is marked as made to order it could take up to 15 days to complete your item. I will let you know when your package is on the way. I will also send you a tracking number of your package. 

 

Ship to USA only- The average delivery time is 5 business days. Please note, transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can’t guarantee exact arrival time. I’m not responsible for the lost or damage during transit but if you have any issues please contact me and I will do everything to help out. 

 

*Please note delivery time may vary and we are not responsible for losses or delays, especially in times of national holidays, Christmas and etc. You will be responsible for any taxes and fees your state/country imposes on you regarding your purchase. Insurance & other shipping methods are available by request and additional cost.

Lost parcel 

If you don't receive the parcel within 3 weeks from the date of shipment:

1. Ask family or neighbors, maybe they have received parcel instead of you.

2. Ask your local post office. Perhaps, the parcel arrived.

3. Let me know, if you didn't receive your parcel within 45 days from the date of shipment. I will fill in the claim about the lost in my local post office.

Our store does not bear responsibility for the postal service. If by any reason the shipment has returned to the seller because of the following;

1.The shipment didn't get to the post office

2.The address was given is not the full address.

3.Your post office made a mistake

 

The buyers pays a shipment fee and only then the seller will send the package again. If the buyer decides to get a refund, he will get a refund minus the shipment fee and minus 50% of the amount of the item

 

If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order was made and sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable 9% and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30).
