Thank you for shopping at M2C1 Designs. Please read this Refund Policy carefully, as most of our items are handmade and personalized to order.

Personalized and Custom Items — Because the majority of our products are handmade to order and/or personalized with your name, colors, or design specifications, all sales on personalized or custom items are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these items once production has begun, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defect.

Non-Personalized Standard Items — If you purchased a non-personalized, standard item, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original packaging. You're responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items — Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

How to Request a Return — Email us with your order number and a description of the issue. We typically respond within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds are issued within 5-10 business days.
